Option 1 (Consultation & Feasibility Study)

Process Stages 1 - 3 (RIBA Stages 0 - 1)

Key deliverables:

  • Briefing Document

  • Feasibility Study

  • Sketch Option/s

This package is intended to define the project objectives, risks & opportunities that, once identified, enable strategic decisions to be taken about how (and if) the project should move forward.

Option 2

(Scheme & Planning Application)

Process Stages 1 - 5 (RIBA Stages 0 - 3)

Key deliverables:

  • As Option 1, plus:

  • A defined Concept Design

  • Spatially coordinated planning drawings

  • Design & Access Statement

  • Planning application

Option 3

(Detail Design & Building Regulations)

Process Stages 1 - 9 (RIBA Stages 0 - 5)

Key deliverables:

  • As Options 1 & 2, plus:

  • Technical Design Information (drawings, specification, schedules)

  • Facilitate Tender process

  • Regular site visits to inspect works as they progress & liaising with contractor

  • Final inspection & sign off of works
